Short rib quesadillas from Gringo Grill and Cantina

Short Rib Quesadilla Recipe

Short Ribs 5 oz
Smoked Mushrooms 1 oz
Cured Tomatoes 1 oz
Roasted Poblano 1 oz
Blue Cheese 1 oz
Corn 0.25 ea
Pepper jack Cheese 4 oz
12 inch Tortilla 1 each


Step 1 Oil Flat in pan. Place tortilla on oil

Step 2 Add both cheeses and melt

Step 3 Heat all other ingredients on the side

Step 4 When hot add to tortilla, distribute evenly

Step 5 When crispy fold in half then move to the grill and mark

Step 6 Cut serve and enjoy!
