Shortage of letters to Santa has Tucson letter carriers concerned

The local postal union annually responds to local kids' Santa letters, but this year they've only gotten 10 letters. Usually by this time, they say they have several hundred letters to respond to. Every year, around this time, the local union is usually busy answering letters to Santa and choosing from those letters the most needy families. Using donations from money they've collected all year, they try to make the kids' Christmas wishes come true. They call it " Operation Santa." We'll have the fully story coming up at 6:00 p.m.
