TUCSON - A few weather changes over the next 24 hours.
The White Mountains may see a few showers this afternoon, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. A weak area of low pressure crosses the state today, but will be rather moisture-starved. High temps this afternoon reach the low 80's in Tucson under mostly sunny skies.
A stronger storm system passes north of the state tomorrow, increasing winds and the fire danger. Gusts 30-40 MPH may produce localized areas of blowing dust along I-10 Wednesday. Cochise County is under a Fire Weather Watch from 11 AM until 7 PM tomorrow. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
Winds remain on the strong side Thursday before easing off by the weekend.
