TUCSON - Another round of isolated storms possible across the region to start the weekend.
There is just enough moisture hanging around Southern Arizona to keep the hit or miss variety of storms around for your Saturday afternoon. Plenty of heat will accompany our slight storms chances with highs topping 105 this afternoon.
Our monsoon ridge of high pressure moves into a more favorable position on Sunday bringing better storm chances. Moisture and instability should be at its peak Sunday afternoon supporting scattered storms for Tucson and areas south and east.
Stay with News 4 Tucson on-air and on-line for further Monsoon Storm Alert updates. Track the storms with our Interactive Radar & get severe weather alerts on your phone by texting "MONSOON" to 95990.
