Sonoran Burger from Gringo Grill and Cantina

TUCSON - In today's News 4 Cooks, Gringo Grill and Cantina, was featured. Today Chef Scott Rackliff made a Sonoran Burger. The recipe is below.

Sonoran Burger
1/2 lb. burger, mesquite
bacon, shaved onions, cured tomatoes, beans, jalapeño jam, Crème, bolillo roll,
Ingredients Details

burger 1/2 lbs 1 ea
bacon plank 1 ea
jalapeno jam 0.5 oz
red onions 0.5 oz
cured tomatoes 0.5 oz
bean puree 3 oz
brioche bun 1 ea
sour cream 0.25 oz

Preparation Instructions
1 Cook burger to desire temp
2 Puree beans and heat

3 Toast Bun On Grill
4 Assemble: Bun a bottom-beans-burger-bacon-tomatoes-crème
5 Spread Jam on top bun and put on burger
6 Enjoy!!
