Spicy Italian Meatballs

1 lbs spicy Italian sausage
1 lbs lean gr. beef
1 cup onions, finely chopped
1 Tsp garlic, minced
1 cups bread crumbs
1 cups fresh grated Romano cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoons dried thyme
1 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoons course gr. pepper

In a large pan cook the onion and garlic in oil. (Let cool). Combine sausage, ground beef, cheese, eggs, parsley, dried herbs and bread crumbs, the onion mixture and salt and pepper. Mix well. Bake at 325 for 12 to 14 minutes.
