TUCSON - The monsoon appears to be taking a mid-week break after paying visits to much of Southeastern Arizona on Monday and Tuesday.
A few storms were near Safford, the White Mountains and New Mexico late in the afternoon and a few could still pop-up tonight.
Cochise and Santa Cruz Counties have the 'storm advantage' for Wednesday night.
For the July 4th holiday, we can expect another day of hot and mainly dry conditions with a slight chance of isolated storms mainly South and East of Tucson.
