Streets closed on southside due to fatal pedestrian crash

TUCSON - The Tucson Police Department has shut down 22nd street from 6th Avenue to 10th Avenue while they investigate a deadly crash.
A pedestrian has died after being hit by a vehicle.
Police are not allowing both Northbound and southbound traffic on 8th Avenue to cross over to 22nd Street.
The closures could last for a few more hours.
