TUCSON - A series of weak weather disturbances will bring temperatures down through the weekend.
After two straight days with record highs in the 90s a weather disturbance passing to our north will drop temperatures back into the 80s just in time for a busy weekend. According to Meteorologist John Patrick, as our strong ridge of high pressure breaks down we will see a few high clouds and an afternoon breeze with gusts picking up to 25mph for Tucson.
Stronger winds are expected in Graham and Cochise Counties this weekend where gusts could reach 35mph. Gusty winds combined with warm and dry air will create critical fire weather conditions for southeast Arizona.
