Three suspects sought for armed robbery near UA

TUCSON - The University of Arizona Police Department is asking for the public's help to find three suspects of an armed robbery that happened near 2nd Street and Cherry Avenue.

Around 2:00am on June 29, the victim, who was not affiliated with the University of Arizona, left an off-campus event with three unknown men in a silver Ford Explorer.
The group drove to campus and that's where UA police say the victim was robbed. He also received minor injuries.

The first suspect is described as Hispanic, 5'10" with a thin build, dark shoulder length curly hair, with braces on his teeth.

The second suspect is described as caucasian, approximately 6' to 6'2" with a thin build, and a blonde buzz cut.

The third suspect is said to be hispanic, with dark hair and scruffy facial hair.

Anyone with information about this incident is requested to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
