TUCSON - After a gusty start to our Thursday, winds have been on the decline and will continue to ease with the setting sun.
Meanwhile, under clear skies and light winds, lows will cool tonight from the mid 40s in Cochise County to the low 50s for much of Metro Tucson.
We exchange the wind for warmer air on Friday as an area of high pressure builds into the region. Highs will top off into the mid to upper 80s which is close to average for the beginning of May. The weekend brings the mid 90s back into our forecast, but more cool and breezy weather is headed this way early next week.
