TUCSON - Expect heavy traffic downtown Friday.

The University of Arizona Winter Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday at the Tucson Convention Center.

The graduation is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the doors open at 1:00 p.m.

The Tucson Police Department expects a large amount of vehicles to enter and exit the downtown area in a short amount of time. In addition to the traffic congestion, there will be construction, according to a media release from the City of Tucson.
