TUCSON - Chef Gordon Canupp from The Steakout stopped by the New 4 Tucson studio.
He made Tucson cheese steak.
Here is the recipe for it:
6 to 8 ounces sliced prime rib
1 jal
2 bacon strips
Julie Ann red and green bell peppers
Sliced red onion
3 slices of pepper jack cheese
1 cup of au-ju
In a saute pan medium high heat saute bell peppers onions jalapenos until tender add prime rib and au-ju. Malt pepper jack cheese over the top butter and toast torpedo roll cut in half
