WASHINGTON, D.C. - An international operation to bust child pornographers yielded over 200 arrests.
The results of "Operation Sunflower" were announced Thursday.
A total of 245 suspects across the globe were arrested over a 5-and-half week period, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials said
Of the 123 victims that were identified, 44 actually lived with their abuser, officials said.
Billy Dwayne Mills from Tucson was included in the arrest sweep.
