Tucson Police seek to ID 3 suspected thieves

TUCSON - Three suspects aged 16 to 18 years old are being sought by police regarding a theft at a convenience store near River Road and First Avenue on Tuesday.

Tucson Police spokesman Sgr. Chris Widmer describes the following suspects:

  • Suspect 1: Hispanic, 16-18 years old, 5' 7'' tall, 140 pounds, wearing a gray tank top, black shorts, black backpack and a bandana over his face
  • Suspect 2: Hispanic, 16-18 years old, 5' 10'' tall, 150 pounds, wearing a white t-shirt inside out with black lettering reading 'metal."
  • Suspect 3: African American 16-19 years old, 5' 9'' tall, 150 pounds and wearing a red, long sleeved shirt
The three suspects entered into the Circle K in the 4100 block of north First Avenue with bags while the clerk was in the back room, Widmer said in a release. They went behind the counter and loaded the bags with "a large amount" of alcohol and cigarettes.
