UPDATE: McSally manages slim lead over Barber

PHOENIX (AP) - The back and forth ballot count continues for Congressional District 2 and has now swung in favor of Republican Martha McSally.

New numbers released Friday evening have McSally holding a 36 vote lead over Rep. Ron Barber.

The hand-picked successor to former Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords spent most of the day ahead of McSally for the 2nd Congressional District.

As recently as Friday afternoon, Democrat Ron Barber led by about 600 votes.
