UPDATE: Red Cross responds to Three Points flooding

TUCSON- The American Red Cross of Southern Arizona provided food, hydration, services and possible shelter to residents in the Three Points flooding area on Tuesday.

The Emergency Response Vehicle was sent with food water and ice and a second vehicle towing the shelter trailer was also sent to Incident Command Post at Sandario and Snyder Hill Road.

The Red Cross provided canteen service to 30 first responders and citizens. Sheltering was not needed and they will return to the area Wednesday to conduct disaster assessment.
