TUCSON - If you enjoy warm weather, embrace the next 48 hours.
Expect daytime highs in the upper 60's this afternoon, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. Ample sunshine today gives way to increasing clouds and gusty winds Thursday. Despite the lack of sunshine, Tucson tops out in the 70's tomorrow afternoon.
A major cold snap arrives Friday, with scattered morning showers and snow above 4,000 feet. Starting Saturday, high temps in Tucson only reach the 40's after morning lows in the mid to upper 20's. Models hint that this cold spell won't end until late next week.
