TUCSON - High pressure over the West Coast will bring the first taste of the 80s since January.
Daytime highs will be about ten degrees above average through the weekend as high pressure dominates our weather pattern. According to Meteorologist John Patrick, highs will reach the low 80s this afternoon for the first time since January 23.
A weak weather disturbance passing to our north on Sunday will bring partly clouds skies and a slight chance of showers to the White Mountains but will have little effect on our temperatures. A string of highs in the 70s and 80s will stick around through the middle of the upcoming week.
