TUCSON - Students on the campus of the University of Arizona are pumped for Saturday's game.
UA Student Affairs is throwing a fun event called Bracket Bash for the students.
TV's as big as 55 inches will be set up at various locations. U of A Residential Senior Director Nick Sweeton says the students have several options where to watch the game. "If they want to watch the game with a smaller group of friends in a smaller venue they will do that in a residents hall lounge, or for each game we will have larger venues we are programming with free food and trivia to help our students celebrate on our Wildcat path to victory," said Sweeton.
Some of the larger venues will have a capacity of around 500 people, the smaller ones will have around 40 people. Students say this is great idea, and many say they plan to attend.
Sweeton says this event is all about the safety for the students. "It is bringing students together in a way that will enable them to celebrate responsible but also have fun at same time," said Sweeton.
