TUCSON - Back to January-like temps today.
High pressure over the West Coast controls the weather in Arizona the next week, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. Daytime highs peak in the mid to upper 60's under mostly sunny skies today. Overnight lows drop around 40 degrees in the Tucson metro tonight.
The thermometer rises into the 70's tomorrow through the middle of next week, which is 6-8 degrees above average for early February. Partly cloudy skies are on tap for the weekend, as clouds increase from the southwest.
