TUCSON - Isolated showers and storms possible heading into the weekend.
Southern Arizona is already seeing some showers this afternoon as a disturbance moves through the region. Rainfall totals through today will remain light with most locations only receiving a few sprinkles. Gusty winds may accompany these showers and storms causing some localized blowing dust.
We'll see a slightly better chance of showers and storms by Saturday as this upper level low moves through the region. The biggest threat with any storms that do develop will be strong gusty winds.
Cooler temperatures accompany this system with highs in the low to mid 80s through Saturday. We warm up and dry out as we head into Easter Sunday with a forecast high of 87 under mostly sunny skies.
