TUCSON - Freezing temperatures settle in tonight behind a strong cold front.
The cold front that brought a blustery day across Southern Arizona with wind gusts approaching 55mph in some areas will also bring a widespread freeze. Tucson will see temperatures bottom out in the upper 20s and low 30s by early Monday morning making it the seventeenth freeze of the year.
Cochise, Graham, Greenlee and Santa Cruz Counties will wake up to hard freeze conditions with lows dropping between 20-25 degrees. Don't forget to protect the pets, plants and pipes before you go to bed tonight.
Temperatures rebound by midweek with the 60s returning under sunny skies. Daytime highs continue to climb from there as high pressure builds in by next weekend.
