TUCSON - Our Arts & Culture Guy Herb Stratford has everything from song to a 3D remake, in today's segment.

The Inaugural "Tucson Desert Song Festival" takes place February 8-17 with performances, seminars, recitals and master classes around Tucson.

The festival is a ten-day celebration of classical voice works with internationally known soloists performing along side such Tucson institutions such as the Tucson Symphony, Tucson Chamber Artists, Chamber Music PLUS, the Tucson Guitar Society and Ballet Tucson. World-class Ballet comes to Centennial Hall on February 10 thanks to UApresents' presentation of the Alonzo King Lines Ballet Company. The company, known for it's long tradition of collaboration with musicians, artists and composers, bring their unique interpretations of classic ballet works to Tucson for one-night only at 7pm.

A screening of the new documentary "The Wrecking Crew" will take place at the Loft Cinema Tonight, February 7 at 7pm. The film tells the story of the legendary group of studio musicians known as the wrecking crew who worked with countless artists on their biggest hits. This award winning film will be followed with a Q & A from the films director Denny Tedesco.

'Top Gun', Paramount Pictures' 1986 classic from director Tony Scott, starring Tom Cruise, takes off on a new adventure with an exclusive six-day 3D engagement in select IMAX® theatres beginning February 8, 2013. The film has been re-mastered for the IMAX® 3D release and subsequent debut on Blu-ray.

The story of an elite group of pilots competing to be the best in their class and earn the title of 'Top Gun' captured the imagination of a generation and earned a worldwide box office of over $350 million upon its release. The film stars Tom Cruise as Maverick and Kelly McGillis as his civilian instructor. The film also stars Val Kilmer, Anthony Edwards and Meg Ryan.

'Horrible Bosses' Jason Bateman and 'Bridesmaids' Melissa McCarthy lead the cast of 'Identity Thief', an all-star comedy in which a regular guy is forced to extreme measures to clear his name. With everything to lose after his identity is stolen, he'll find out how crazed you can get trying to settle a bad credit score.
With only one week to hunt down the con artist before his world implodes, the real Sandy Bigelow Patterson heads south to confront the woman with an all-access pass to his life. And as he attempts to bribe, coax and wrangle her the 2,000 miles to Denver, one easy target will discover just how tough it is to get your name back.

'Side Effects' is a provocative thriller about Emily and Martin (Rooney Mara and Channing Tatum), a successful New York couple whose world unravels when a new drug prescribed by Emily's psychiatrist (Jude Law) - intended to treat anxiety - has unexpected side effects.
