TUCSON - The life of a 23-year-old Tucson man was tragically cut short in June. Police say his killers are in Mexico, and his mother is hoping they'll be brought back to Tucson to face trial.

Yvonne Valdez says she won't rest until Raymond Bracamonte's killers are brought to justice. A tearful Valdez says, "He meant everything to me, and I really truly miss my baby." Wiping tears from her eyes, Valdez talks about her son's hopes, and dreams of opening a barber shop with his brothers. "He wanted to be married and have kids."

Raymond's death has devastated the family. His father, Pancho Bracamonte, was murdered in 2005. The mother says that took a big toll on Raymond's life and her other two sons." My boys were very close to their dad."

Tucson police say they know Raymond's killers.

Detective Martha Bracamonte, no relation to the victim, says, "I have arrest warrants currently out for Arnulfo Ebenezer Mendoza, and Alejandro Talamantes Osorio."

She also has another person of interest she'd like to interview. "I'm trying to determine his involvement and he's going to be Giovanni Talamantes Osorio, the brother of Alejandro," she says.

The detective says the suspects may be connected to the Sinaloa Drug Cartel, and that they are likely, "pretty dangerous and violent."

She's yet to find a motive. The victim's mom just wants the killers off the streets. "I don't them hate them but I want them to be caught for what they did," she says.

If anyone has information you are urged to call 88-CRIME or 911. There is a reward. Police want to remind everyone: the men are armed and dangerous.
