Posted 9:28 AM 3/20/2013 : Fine 1st day of Spring in the Sonoran Desert
TUCSON - Mother Nature's living up to the Spring billing this afternoon.
High temps reach the low 80's today under partly cloudy skies, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. Another 80 degree day is in store tomorrow, as highs run 5-8 degrees above average the next 48 hours. Lows the next few nights also stay on the mild side, dropping to the mid 50's metro-wide.
A cold front brings a return of gusty winds and cooler temps starting Friday. Gusts to 30 MPH linger Saturday afternoon before the front heads east. Next week features daytime highs in the mid to upper 70's, with less wind and more sunshine.
