TUCSON - Filiberto's Mexican Food on E 22nd St. received 6 critical violations.
Several foods were being held at the wrong temperature. A cook removed soiled gloves and didn't wash his hands before putting on new gloves. Raw chicken and eggs were stored above ready to eat foods. Dishes were not being sanitized. Plus, tubs of rolled tacos were not date marked.
Filiberto's Mexican Food on E 22nd St. is now operating on a "Provisional" license.
McDonald's on E 22nd received 1 critical violation.
Hamburgers were not being cooked to a safe temperature. The hamburgers were thrown away.
So McDonald's on E 22nd received a "Good" rating.
El Charro on N Court Avenue, Hogie House on N Oracle and Fleming's on Campbell all received an "Excellent" rating.
