Posted 9:16 PM 12/3/2012 : New details on bomb suspect in Casa Grande fire
CASA GRANDE - The man arrested in connection with an explosion at a building in Casa Grande last week has been charged with detonating a homemade device.
Friday's explosion damaged the back entrance of the Social Security building. No one was hurt.
Just released court documents detail what was found inside the suspect Abdullatif Aldosary's home.
A search of his home in Coolidge turned up chemicals, instructions on how to make a bomb and multiple types of ammunition, which was hidden.
The 47-year old was arrested Friday after police say his car was spotted racing from the scene.
On his home computer police found research he'd done on bomb-making, and Google Maps driving directions from his residence to the Social Security building located 14 miles away.
Also, a sales receipts dated October 12th for the purchase of nitric acid, hand written notes and a Chemical Cook Book.
Police say a 9mm handgun, and rifle were stashed away in the attic with various types on ammunition hidden underneath the master bedroom night stand.
Authorities also found a dark colored hoodie in the washing machine, similar to witness accounts given to police at the scene.
News 4 checked into Aldosary's background. In 2008 he was convicted of aggravated harassment and served a year in prison.
