Portabella Parmesan sauce
1 Portobello mushroom sliced
pinch of fresh garlic
olive oil to cover the pan
cook on medium to high heat until garlic is brown
splash of white wine reduce halfway
add a quarter cup of heavy cream reduced to desired thickness
sprinkle Parmesan.
Put on top of your steak serves 1
